Conditions at Jokaroom casino cover eligibility, verification, the cashier, bonus rules and the licence framework, and play is limited to adults. The Curaçao eGaming licence and a minimum deposit of A$20 frame the commercial side.

Players must be 18 or older. The e-mail address, password and personal details entered at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and phone number, must match the identity documents submitted later. Acceptance of the terms and a responsible gambling acknowledgement are compulsory checkboxes in the sign-up form.

Identity verification at Jokaroom casino applies before the first withdrawal. The documents requested are a government-issued photo ID and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Responsible Gambling
The account offers deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, and the support team processes self-exclusion requests. Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or older.
Licence and Framework
The Curaçao eGaming licence is the regulatory framework under which Jokaroom Casino accepts players. It is an offshore arrangement, and random number generator certification applies to the non-live games.
Complaints and Disputes
Complaints go first to the support team through live chat or e-mail. Curaçao's dispute resolution mechanism acts as a secondary channel when the internal process does not settle the matter.
Conclusion
The conditions at Jokaroom online casino combine an age limit of 18, document checks before the first payout and a bonus with 50× wagering over 7 days.
